Had a bad experience with Beatrice. We coordinated a time to speak over the phone via email to answer any additional questions after my credit check was ran for my application. She claim that I was able to contact her at a time that was most suitable for me and I did. During the entire phone call, she was preoccupied doing other things in which she apologized for. But then the distractions of other people in the background continued to get louder and they didn't care that she was on the phone. She continued to intervene with them during our personal conversation. It got to the point where she was entertaining them instead or paying attention to our conversation. I wasn't being heard nor did we get anywhere. Very unprofessional to discuss matters for a first-time homebuyer that was trying to get help with down payment assistance due to having low-income. It would have saved both us the time and a bad review to simply ask me if we can speak at another time. I disconnected the call because she didn't have any of my information together, nor was she in front of her computer really do anything. I will be continuing my search/help with another valuable source.
