Allen and his team were so amazing throughout the entire process. This was our first time buying a home so we were not very familiar with the process. Within a few minutes of reaching out to Allen and his team, he gave us a call and started the process. The rest was smooth and easy! Any time I had a question or was unsure of the process, Allen would give me a call to walk me through the whole thing to make sure I was 100% comfortable. I will highly recommend working with Allen and Guaranteed Rate for your home buying process!
