I went online and talked to a rep. Was asked to fill out a form, and he would be back with me later in the day. Heard nothing. Went back online the next day, messaged with the same person, and was again told he would be in touch that day. Here it is, day 3 and nothing. Just a simple answer would be sufficient or at least stick to what you say. I wouldn't do business with company at all. I spent over 15 years in the mortgage business and never treated a customer like this. Seems like a waste of money advertising. As usual, I don't expect to hear from anyone from the company.
