By far, it’s the best decision we made when buying our new construction home with a VA loan. Rebecca is a wealth of knowledge & a true expert! She was so patient answering our questions and explaining the process. When we were looking at homes over the weekend and looking to place an offer, she was easily reached and available to assist, even at 8pm at night. Talk about some excellent customer care. She even made time on a weekend to go over our closing disclosures as it was the only time my husband and I were both available due to our jobs. Annie, our loan processor, is a true angel. She answered numerous calls & emails from me as we went through the loan process after having our offer accepted. I have never seen someone be more efficient & organized than her! We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage experience. They genuinely were on our team, and had our best interests in mind. 100% will be using them both in future home purchases.
