Simply amazing!!!! In 5 days I was closed on my Cash Out Refinance. I cannot express my sincere appreciation to Blaire Reynolds and Caroline Medlock. These two went above and beyond helping me choose what was best for my particular situation. Going into this I was extremely nervous about what I should or should not do as I have never refinanced before. Both Blaire and Caroline were patient and understanding. In no way did I ever feel pressured into doing anything. Prior to reaching out to Loan Pronto, I shopped around for the best option and lender to go with. Several of them were very aggressive about me refinancing with them or doing what they wanted me to do. It really discouraged me from even attempting to refinance. In no way did I ever feel pressured with these guys. I am beyond grateful for Blaire and Caroline. Thank you both for all of your assistance and guidance. You made this entire process stress free and seamless. I will never use another broker to handle refinancing in the future. Not only did Loan Pronto supersede my expectations they gained a repeat customer for life.
