My first home buying experience was a little crazy but Jacqui, who was my representative, honestly became the person I talked to the most during the entire process. She was so sweet and helpful every step of the way and if there was anything at all I didn’t understand or thought was wrong, she was there to answer my questions and she did not give up on me! When there were issues with the appraisals and things like that she ensured me everything was going to be okay and really they took care of me! They shopped for better rates when I had to extend the rate lock to give me the best rate possible and I couldn’t be more appreciative for how hard she personally has worked on my behalf to ensure I had the best rate and to close on my house. Will def go through them if I buy another in the area!
