Benjie and Maddison did a phenomenal job getting my mortgage closed quickly, ensuring I was informed at every stage of the process, patiently explaining items I didn’t understand, and most importantly making sure I always felt like their number one concern! Even well after closing they have checked in to make sure I’m still satisfied and to ensure everything is going as it should. I could simply say you should use them, but honestly I believe you would be foolish if you did not use them for any mortgages related needs! I don’t typically write reviews unless it’s a bad one, but to be treated in a true “Lowcountry” manner these days deserves to let others know.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and ability to get the job done. Originally tried to refi with BA (they were already servicing the loan for over 10 years) They couldn't get it done after 2.5 months of submitting endless pages of documentation and weekly visits to their office. Went to Beaufort Lending based on a reference from our realtor- got our refinance done in 2.5 weeks and locked in a good rate!!! not one single visit needed to go to the office and everything submitted on line. Ben & Madison were outstanding and professional- highly recommend to anyone- especially if you want it done in a timely, stress free manner. Our next loan...Beaufort Lending will be our first call.
