I stopped banking with them because of Marianela's unprofessional, cantankerous behavior. She stopped me in public over the weekend to tell me she was promoted and "good" at her job. Some people/things never change. I'm only leaving this review because I was completely moved on from my bad experiences with her, and didn't need that at all. I also saw that they only had 1 star. They deserve at least 3 stars because of Sanela. She was always professional and had a great attitude. Sanela is the best part Sharonview!

Great rates but could care less about customer service. I banked with them for 26 years and they use to bend over backwards for you. Now they pretend like it’s privilege to get a loan from them. They approved me for a loan but when I went to get the car I couldn’t get anyone by phone or email. I know the local branch was closed due to weather so I went through the online service out of Charlotte and still no response. I was going to the Florence branch which was open to finish the loan and get the check so I could get things done with the dealership. After not hearing from them I sent an email to the lady I had dealt with the previous two days saying I no longer needed the loan due to the lack of response and she responded with in five minutes basically saying oh well. I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. I got one and he said that wasn’t his department another one would be calling me. They never called.
