We currently already had a loan through them. Got sent a offer for another fir 500. So basically they have all information in system. So we decide yes we will do it. Takes a week for them to get back to us. Tell us go email new payroll info and account info. Finally got a call to come in and sign paperwork. Get there, hand drivers license. Tells us she needs info printed out. Well we sent you everything, print it. Sit there for half hour, and she tells us its not coming through clear on her end. Not my fault. Now forty five minutes later says cant use Id be7cause old address (used it fir other loan) needless to say we said nevermind. Very unprofessional, lack of knowledge. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend myrtle Beach location hands down unacceptable.
