Called higher up and they were able to adjust my my double payment with ease. Just lazy branch employees not wanting to do there job

Shawn was magnificent in working the numbers for me! He was very knowledgeable, polite and quick. Everything was done electronically so I didn't even have to go into the establishment. I highly recommend Shawn if you need anything.
