Guild Mortgage was perfect through our entire building process. Due to supply chain issues, our build lasted over 13 months. In that time, I worked directly with Clay Henry. He personally spent hours on the phone with me, explaining the entire process and trying his best to predict and navigate a crazy economical time. I am thankful to have someone that could teach me as much as he did along the way. On the administrative side, the ladies in the office that I worked with were extreme professionals. Both Kellie Kleber and Jeanne Kowalski made sure that I was doing exactly what needed to be done. Closing was never stressful with them running the show.
