Jeremy is the best broker hands down! I have used Jeremy for purchasing two different houses. He helped me through every step of the way so that I didn't have any complications. He makes you feel like he cares about you and your family by checking in on you and keeping you updated on the whole process. He is easy to get a hold of and super easy to talk to. I won't use anyone else.
