Worst bank ever in the history of banking. Always turning my card off when im trying to get gas or food. And saying "it must be fraud" but when graud happens nothing happens

I realized on Saturday that my Debit card would expire on Monday/chatted through the app w/Leslie who advised a new card had been mailed, but I hadn't received it. She advised me to the Myrtle Beach location to get a new card on Monday. I did and I was helped by an aboslute Customer Service Professional named Ms. Deronda Edwards. She was very kind, helpful, and perfectly efficient in listening and acting on my need. I left there with a smile and a new debit card. Thank you so much for being great at your job young lady, what started out as an inconvenience turned into an opportunity to meet a very fine young lady.
