Wonderful process, very friendly people and overall a very good builder in their design features of the home.
The lending team was amazing. Anytime I sent a message or question, they answer right away. They kept us very informed and the closing was so easy. The lawyers they suggested to us done a great job. From 1 to 10, 10 being the greatest, they are a 10. Thank you lady for an amazing job.
Courtney Salinas and her entire team were fantastic, excellent communicators and very competitive rates and fees. From start to finish Courtney was there every step of the way and was always accessible and informative. Felt like she was on my side! Thank you Courtney for all of your hard work and efforts .
I have never worked with a company that is so disorganized and uncommunicative. Every document we have received has had erroneous numbers and it is impossible to get a response on where the numbers came from or an updated document. We go weeks without any sort of response. I would recommend a different mortgage company that will make your buying process a lot smoother and less stressful.
