Had a horrible experience with this gentleman. I give him two stars since he was pretty kind and responsive to calls (which is rare nowadays). But, 1 day before closing he told me the mortgage agreement wasn't going to be approved. I'm a first time home buyer and wasn't aware of this, but apparently he should have at least been able to tell me this 3 days prior because the closing disclosure had to be sent to me 3 days before closing legally for this transaction to go through. My agent found a different mortgage broker and I was able to get the loan. My situation was a little different than a normal home loan as it was an investment property. Due to his inexperience in working with investment properties... my closing was delayed another month. I had to start the application process all over again with a new broker and bank. Myrtle Beach is a vacation destination with tons of vacation homes and investment property opportunities... Huss and Movement Mortgage should have been very familiar with this process.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about the lending process. Made a potentially stressful situation go as smoothly as possible.
