I went through this mortgage company first because of the great incentive buy down rate they were offering in conjunction with buying a DR Horton home. Wow.......what a terrible company to deal with. They make you feel like you are bothering them with important questions about your loan. It takes them several days to get back to emails, messages, texts or however you try to reach them. I am glad to say that we succeeded with different mortgage company (higher % rate but worth it) in securing a loan for our new home, but please consider what you might be getting into by using this lender. Good luck.
I own my home. They badger me with loan options which I don’t need or want. I’ve tried to get off their mailing list to no avail. STOP sending me mail!
