As an investor I've been through the loan process several times (8 in the last 5 years). This was the first time with Guaranteed Rate and it was by far the easiest and smoothest. Ryan was easy to work with and went out of his way to keep the ball rolling and get me the pre-approval on super short notice. Once we were under contract the process was simple and their portal is a snap to use. I'll def be working with Ryan in the future.
