The Pender Team was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in managing the entire application to the approval process. We had a very tight schedule but the team was diligent in ensuring each step was completed in a timely manner, as they guided me through to the loan approval.

Mr Pender and his team at Cross Country Mortgage are absolutely fantastic. I used them for a VA loan and had zero issues and were ready to close in 29 days. This is my second time using Mr Pender and if the need ever arises again, I will definitely come back. Will suggest Cross Country to anyone looking for a solid lender that will always keep you in the loop of where you loan stands and what’s needed.
