Al was awesome all the way. And it didn't matter what time or what day of the week it was, he always answered. I'm sure he got tired of explaining things over and over but he made sure my wife and I understood everything that was going on.

Al was awesome. We met over a year ago through our agent. He walked me through the process of dealing with Student Loans, He went above and beyond to make sure I understood all of the process as it was happening and made sure to answer any questions I had, and I had a lot. At one point he was answering my panic calls from his couch after surgery, I couldn't have made though with out him as part of the team. Thanks Al!
