Working with Ray Shanahan and his team was a great experience. They were always very prompt, friendly and they explained everything clearly. They clearly do everything that they can to give the client the best possible loan to fit the individual circumstances of the client and they move forward quickly on the process. The sellers of the house I bought wanted a quick closing and we were able to stay on track and close on time. I very highly recommend Ray Shanahan and his team at TowneBank Mortgage!
If we could give more stars we would. Everyone we talked to on the team was great! And everyone worked FAST to help us out. They listened and came up with the best solution for us even when a different lender did not. And we were still able to close in the same month.
