Ms. Beatrice Peterkin, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this awesome woman. From the very first meeting in person in March of 2022 all the way through closing on August 31, 2022 Ms. Beatrice Peterkin was on top of everything and kept me well informed of everything that I needed to know throughout the whole process. There were times when I got discouraged from the buyer purchasing my home I would call Ms. Beatrice Peterkin and she always kept me encouraged and said don’t worry everything was going to be ok and it was. She’s a beautiful person and knows her job for sure and I’m so glad I met her, feels like I’ve been knowing her forever. Again, I just say enough about Ms. Beatrice Peterkin except I surely appreciate her being there for me every step of the way.
