Brandie and her team exceeded my expectations in assisting me as a first time home buyer. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, customer driven, and quick! Brandie always made herself available...answering my questions and making sure I understood as we moved through the process. Thorough and detailed explanation of loan documents, disclosures, and fees. Extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I felt like I was walked through every line and detail of documents. Even though this was my third home and third time through the loan process, I never felt more prepared and knowledgeable as I did this time. Worked late one evening to help us submit an offer. Truly cares about the clients and provides top notch services. Thank you for all your help!
