Rude and unprofessional. They got upset because I chose a different lender with a much better rate. I would never do business with this 2nd rate company. If you make the mistake atleast shop rates, this place definitely doesn't give close t9 the best rates. I saved almost 1% on going elsewhere.
We used Tom with Rapid Mortgage to get our first house and couldn’t of been happier with the process and rates given to us. He definitely made the process smooth and informative with any steps needed on our end. I will definitely work with Tom if I ever had to get a 2nd home or if a family member needs reference in the future.
I must say the best experienced I had doing business of this nature in my entire adult life!! Thanks so much to Tom and his team!!!
