Все время, от заполнения заявки на моргидж, до покупки и получения ключей заняло ровно месяц! Все было он-Лайн: заполнение заявки, отправка документов, подписи. Ожидание на пре-апрув было несколько дней. Пока делали инспекцию дома, получили апрув. Все прошло как по маслу, хотя переживала так как я имею не очень высокий скор и я самозанята . Спасибо Марио и его ассистенту за терпение и помощь. На протяжении всего процесса отвечали на все вопросы и сделали весь процесс максимально легким и удобным. Смело могу рекомендовать. 10/10

Response: Very smart to say that is not you to everyone who’s not happy with the service. We started with one loan that we were told that we can absolutely do, and got denied. We had to stop the process of other loan because they started loan that they knew we will not get approved because we provided all information and they new that there are requirements that we will not meet, but when did Mario mention about it? Oh right, after starting the process. Very disappointed with service we got. There are too many things that are not being talked about. We were told that everything looks very good and we are pre-approved. We ended up getting denied and lost a lot of money. I would recommend looking for different loan agencies. If you need someone very organized and someone who will give you a lot of information, this is wrong place to go.
