I have been a little disappointed since going to this location, due to moving. It seems to take a while to get someone to come to the window at the drive-through. I wish they could just let us know they’ll be right with us, rather than letting you wait. Sometimes I wondered if it was open. I also recently had a debit card issue, and had to re-order it. I was told there was no way to get a temporary one, and later found out the other location in Spartanburg will give you one. Also, while waiting for my new debit card to arrive at the branch, I called on day 7 and they reassured me if it was there they would call me when it arrives. I then called on day 10 and they said it was there. Although I was not called when they got it. I am not sure how long it was there. I was struggling those ten days with no access to the bank via card transactions.
Makayla was very helpful. Professional yet personable. She explained all my options well and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with her as a representative of the credit union.
