We found our dream home as first time home buyers and the process could not have been simpler thanks to her help. She explained everything, was very up front and if you had a question she answered right away, never had to wait for a call back or leave a voicemail. We never felt like we were in the dark about anything. With the amount of paperwork you have to do we did not feel overwhelmed because Erica helped explain it all. 10/10 would recommend her every time!
