Sad day when you go to your bank and they will not take coins. As far as I know coins are a American currency and they are a bank. I was told I could go to Goose Creek branch, however I don't bank at Goose Creek branch. Such a shame what this world is coming to. I will be looking at switching Banks.

Edited: You win some and you lose some. Today I went in and although my previous need with Cindy was met today was not the same. The teller refused to take any of the change I had to deposit. The change would probably total under 10 dollars mostly quarters but they would absolutely not take it and let me know that i would have to roll it and then they would have to tear the roll apart to count it anyways. Doesn’t make any sense. I would say todays experience has me questioning banks and friendliness at the one I do have. I've never commented about a bank before. But honestly we are in a time where banks are automated and people interaction is less than ever. I experienced that, until I went to the Moncks Corner branch. The whole team made me feel welcomed, they all seemed like they wanted to help and directed me to the right person. Cindy Locke really helped me get my business account open, get the paper work completed and did all of that as quickly as possible. Super thankful for the help, thankful for the bank.

This is the first bank and the only bank I have ever set up an account with and I have never had a bad experience. Mrs Cindy Locke is amazing and has helped me in all my times of need from getting me loans, credit cards, and even helping me get my dream truck. Definitely recommend
