I give Brenda 5 stars, but the process and "pickyness" of documents we were asked to provide was a little excessive, I believe we ended up providing 4 different things to show our names and address, tgere was an issue w each one until the 4th that I literally had to leave to get from the tax office. Also they required more documentation that other places weve dealt with in the past, which wasnt a problem, just takes more time and effort to get it all together.Brenda definitely tried her best to help and remained professional which was appreciated!
