Highly recommend Rory Goode as a realtor. She puts a lot of time and effort into her clients near and far. Im 16 hours away and she has stopped what she was doing to show me multiple houses on a weekend I could fly in on. Once i found the house, being out of state made it a challenge but she never backed down. She has been helpful and very friendly from the get go. I wouldnt use another realtor.

My agent was NOT through Jeff cook. I bought a home that Jeff cook flipped and put in the market. The contractors that work for you are a joke and I completely regret buying this house. From the beginning there were issues that should have been fixed and had a hard time fixing until our VA loan required it.
