The reason I love working with them is because they have a streamline system. They are able to receive your docs through a secure portal. This is crucial with Covid right now. This is also helpful with time mgt so you don't have to take time off of work. Another important factor I love is their timeliness to respond to emails or phone calls. Expect weekly updates on the status of the loan and where it is in the process. I love being kept informed and that we are on track. Most importantly we always close on time.
