Jacqui was exceptional! She was timely, patient, and explained all of the intricacies of the homebuying process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Using the website alone is scary…I can only imagine what the rest of this experience is going to be like. Judging from other reviews, it looks like I’m in for a fight. Bad thing is, I tried to make an online payment & it said this (pictured below). I’m going to see if it’s possible to take the escrow out of the picture to eliminate any future problems. I’d rather pay it up front anyway. Oyyy……

So glad we had Planet throughout COVID, we have done a lot of mortgage workouts and they have been awesome through everything. Customer service every time I've called (over 20 so far) has been awesome. Not sure why I see all the bad reviews.

While trying to resolve an escrow issue (not our fault) the customer service representative hung up on me. Highly unprofessional.
