I started out at a different Mortgage Company and after going through the process, they told me my loan was denied a few days before closing. I looked on the internet and found Palmetto state Home Mortgage and Shawn and his team came to my rescue. Not only did they get me closed very quickly and get me in my home, the rate, fees, everything was much cheaper. I just wish I would have started with them to begin with!! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Alex was an absolute joy to work with. It took us nearly two years to find our home and she was there every step of the way with helpful tips and advice for us. She worked with us to make sure we were qualified for the right loan, doing her best to help save us money. She was patient with us and took the time to explain everything until we understood. I highly recommend you reach out to her; she will help make this overwhelming process so much easier for you.

Absolutely love the folks at Palmetto State Home Mortgage. Fast, professional and very easy to work with. They helped us get our dream home and were willing to stick with us through all the hurdles, which meant a lot. 10/10 would recommend.

Shawn and his team are nothing short of amazing.I cannot imagine going thru this experience without him and the awesome team he has.They were confident right from the beginning we would be homeowners.They stuck by us,reassured us when needed,fought for us,stayed on top of everything and kept us informed of every aspect of our home buying experience.They don't know how much my husband and I appreciate them for all their hard work and dedication.I would million out of 10 recommend them for all your home buying needs..
