We were first referred to Lee by our realtor last year when we moved from Texas to the Carolinas. I was so impressed by Lee’s professionalism and service that we used him again as our loan officer when we bought our forever home (closed a week ago!) He’s responsive and has a very calm manner about him. Definitely what I needed in the high stressful time of buying and selling real estate.

I was referred to Lee and his team by my realtor. I had talked to a couple other lenders, but I knew Lee was the one! He is incredibly informative and helpful...and his response time was top notch. I would email or text him and he was on it within minutes! Oddly enough I ended up using my builders lender because they paid pretty much all my closings cost, but Lee still helped me, reviewed documents, and guided me through some of paperwork and the process, even though he knew I was going to use the other lender, in fact he looked at their offer and recommended I go with them. To me that speaks volumes about someone and how they conduct business. He put my needs first and advised me on what truly was the best option for me. You don't see that a lot and that represents a very honest person who cares about his clients and puts his clients first. I couldn't recommend Lee and his team more! I personally will be refinancing with him when the rates some down. He's pretty funny too, which is an added plus. You can't go wrong with Lee, trust him and you won't be disappointed!
