The customer service person was very nice, professional, friendly, welcoming me as a new customer. I appreciated that she stay on the phone with me while I set up my profile online and registered and made my first payment. As my first day working with this mortgage company, I sense this will be a nice experience for me. The online dashboard was seamless and easy to navigate too.
I requested a call back and within 5 minutes someone called me. They were very patient. They knew exactly how to answer my questions, and how to direct me to where I needed to go. They never rushed me, and I felt I could take as long as I needed. Great customer service!

Realtor recommended John to me after having a bad experience with another company.. I was in a bind and had to switch gears mid process. I needed to close on a 203k loan in under 60 days... that is almost impossible for most loan companies as the process is extremely meticulous and long...John and his team worked with me to make sure that the process was seamless and under 60 days.
