Horrible customer service!! They answer calls send you paperwork but never explain information, I was unemployed and took the covid none payment offers. Never explained, it needed to be pay after 3 months payments together. Plus, they charge you $75 and $20 fees awhile no payment where done. I ask for bi-weekly draft. Sent paper work and I was told two payment needs to make in advance before draft took place. They take forever to answer the phone 30 minutes or more.
