Sean was so amazing and knowledgeable. He definitely went the extra mile to help with my mortgage, available not only during regular working hours but also if I needed anything in the evening. Buying a home can be very stressful but his expertise and continued support through the process made it a pleasant experience. I am so glad that my daughter recommended him and I would certainly refer him to anyone who is buying or refinancing. Mike Pitkowicz at Rosegate helped us navigate multiple challenges in our recent move. He was able to lock down a rate while we shopped. By the time we put in an offer on a house the rates increased substantially. He helped save us so much by locking down the rate in advance. He also helped us avoid added costs at closing. He treated us like family and even showed up at the closing table to make sure everything went smoothly. 100% would recommend!
