The home we bought was our first. We started our journey back in late 2021. Amy G was the first person we got into contact with through Tony O. She was very friendly and patient, explaining all the small stuff and big stuff we needed to know. Through the process we were always able to get ahold of her at any time and she responded very quickly. Towards the end of the process she did move over to a new company but still stayed in contact with us and did everything she could to still be of assistance. I think that really shows the quality and high caliber of person Fairway has on their team. Once we got closer to the end of our loan process Kelly, Quetta, and April were there to get our paperwork taken care of and help us through the final steps. They all did a wonderful job and really made us feel valued. Thank you so much!
