This is the second time I have worked with these folks and both times I have had an amazing experience. Caleb is so knowledgeable and very quick to respond. We got more money back than we were expecting on our cash out refi and the loan was closed when they said it would be. What more can you ask for? I recommend Caleb and his team to everyone!

The first-time home buying process seemed daunting to say the least. But The Caleb Legrand made it so easy and smooth.
