I was floored at how smoothly and quickly the loan was processed and went through. From the time we went under contract until the time we closed was less than a month. The appraisal was done in less than 4 days, everything came back and the agents were relentless at getting all boxes checked. They were pleasant and easy to get along with, very personable and knowledgeable about their jobs. Thanks a million times for such a wonderful experience.

Kelly and Laura both were extremely helpful throughout our home purchase. I have gone through Kelly before to purchase other homes. This latest purchase though was definitely a challenge for everyone involved because of the “uniqueness” of the property. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else to buy a home. Kelly and her team definitely make the process less of a nightmare.
I’m retired Army and an 100% disabled veteran. I was also a first time homebuyer.
