I just had the worse experience with the call center not this branch, they are amazing here. I called in to get information on my account and asked could I make a payment? Stephanie who is in the call center proceeds to say “right now?” I tell her yes, she takes my card information and stated that something was wrong with her system. She took my information again and said that my card was declined. My card was not declined the money came out of my account. I called back and got Stephanie again, she was very nasty, disrespectful and over talked me the entire time. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she lied and said she was gone for the day. She then hangs up the phone on me. I call back a 3rd time and spoke with Frankie. She was real nice and I asked her for her credentials. She tells me she is the manager. I asked her why did Stephanie lie and say you were not there? I will be paying off my card and closing my account! This experience was horrible and I don’t appreciate being disrespected and lied to.
