John was blessing. He walked me through the entire process. Because my purchase was a few months out he made sure I understood what was going on with the interest rates and why we were waiting to lock in rates. This was my first purchase on my own and John was gracious enough to offer to answer any questions my daughter, who lives in Maine, might have so that she was comfortable with everything.
