I was going through a hard time after being I'll for a month and did not know what to do to get through; I made one call to Jen who was very empathetic, positive and informative on the process of getting the financial help I needed. I went in and the atmosphere in Title Max in Sumter was welcoming and pleasant. It took no time to have my application completed, vehicle appraised and an offer for more than I even needed!
