Very bad experience, the manager came off very rude. He questioned about things on my credit report, and basically called me a liar. And told me to have a good day and the hung up in my face.I will never recommend anyone to this company. This was the worst experience ever.

I can't believe I was able to find help, Mr Steven and his staff treat you like a human being not just a credit report. If your serious about building your credit and want a flexible payment plan choose Southern, ill never go anywhere else if my experience today is a reflection of their company values!
