The level of customer service changed since I initially moved my insurance to Richard Canady's office. Sandra, in particular, is rude and negligent. I contacted the office for a quote on a golf cart Thursday, May 23, and she just got back with me today (May 29th), although she stated she'd call me back in 30 minutes. I spoke with her again on Friday, May 24, and she brushed me off, citing she had to go to the bank. It's obvious she was rushing out of the office for the Memorial Day weekend. Today, she was rude when I asked her about the delay in getting back to me. Instead of answering, she stated, "Is there anything else I can help you with," and again when reasked the question. I have a home and two cars on my policy with Canady's office. One would expect courtesy, honesty and results. The service is quite disappointing. I'm moving on from this office.

Phone call was answer promptly. The receptionist was very polite and was very knowledgeable when answering my concerns.

Richard Canady and his support staff are extremely professional and very responsive to the needs of their customers! Furthermore, they not only address insurance needs, but serve as positive agents of social change in the community as well!!
