I needed a refi in order to get a co-borrower's name off of my current mortgage. The process went ridiculously smooth. I was kept up-to-date on every step and I was able to close on the refi within a month. Having to refinance in this market was unfortunate for me, and I really was hesitant at first because my original mortgage process (somewhere else) was awful.
