Wow, we just refinanced with Beaufort Lending. Absolute Great experience nothing was to much to ask for. Benji response was quick. I work for major bank looked at their rate and it was 1.5% higher then going with Benji at Beaufort Lending. We closed within a month. It was so quick and easy if you have all your income tax stuff together everything you need was right there. Thank you so much.

Not the first time I've done a refinance and they can be challenging depending on a lot of factors. With that being said Benji and the Beaufort Lending team provided me with a extremely professional experience closing my loan within 30 days.

Beaufort was not able to get me into the house I was trying to buy because of a unique situation that arose between myself and the sellers. However, the effort and things we learned from that experience allowed me to secure a purchase of a much better property. Benji is very knowledgeable and most importantly, he keeps his word.
