I love my bank! Sweetest tellers! Only thing I wish is that you could deposit cash into your account from the atm machine. It would be extremely helpful!

I had need of notary services, and the service was offered gratis and with a smile. The office building is new, clean and beautiful. The employees are anxious to be of service. There are ample drive-through stations with quick service.

I was greeted immediately and was welcomed into my credit union by two of their representatives. I had 2 issues and within just a very short time, both of my problems were addressed and fixed for me. Both representatives ended up helping me because my problems were related to 2 different areas of my online banking app. Both were simply as polite and knowledgeable as I could have asked of them. I have had this exact great experience every single time I visit you whether it be in person or at the drive-thru. I made a wonderful choice of my banking needs when I switched from BOA to Mid Carolina!!! Always polite, courteous and knowledgeable representatives no matter what my situation has been. I look forward to many years as a customer with Mid Carolina and I appreciate the employee's friendly service.

Mid Carolina Credit Union is a wonderful bank. They have a very extremely friendly staff. Do anything they can to help you with any questions or problems you may have. The only thing is location. I moved a couple years ago but I keep using this bank. I would like to see more of them in different locations.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since the company did some kind or merger, I haven't been able to reach anyone to make a payment over the phone for over a week. I'm sent to an automated line with a representative that DOES not help in anyway. I've remained on the line at times for over an hour multiple times to be told, "sorry but the transfer to a live representative was returned, so try again tomorrow...or the next week". "You shouldn't be charged any late fees because this call is recorded, so just tell the live representative that when you reach them". I can't explain the frustration of how great there service was until this merger took place. Until this matter is resolved I highly recommend to not use the service until fixed.
