Carl was the most caring and patient individual we have ever worked with. I would not hesitate to use him again and tell everyone else to do the same. This was during Covid and the surge in home sales so it was a difficult time to buy. Carl walked us through several purchases that ended up falling through. He never got impatient with us. He was always friendly and calm and positive. He became a very good friend who in the end secured us a fantastic interest rate and got us our mortgage in a timely manner with no snags.
