As a local Realtor, I trust Scott Robinson and Palmetto Mortgage Group to provide my clients great service. But, more importantly, they provide honest service all along the way. I keep my preapproval letter with them in case I want to to make a move, because I know they are some of the best in town and work hard for the benefit of their clients.

I have recommended Artie Catoe and Scott Robinson from the Palmetto Mortgage team for years. These guys are part of the hardest working team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They go above and beyond to help all of my clients have a better understanding of available mortgage programs that fit their specific needs and the costs associated with closing on a home. Erik and his team at Palmetto Mortgage Group were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional to support me through my first home purchase. My first house was an out of state investment and Erik and Landrey made the process easy for me despite being entirely remote. He shopped and got me a great rate on the mortgage, and I appreciate the friendly gesture after the closing where he sent me a nice gift. If you're buying property in South Carolina I highly recommend Erik and his team.

Russell was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend him!! I could not be happier. Buying our home was super smooth. From start to finish the process was a breeze.
