My husband and I are both in real estate and are independent contractors which can be tricky with loans. There is no one else we would trust! Brian always gets us the best rate and guides us through the process every step of the way! His many years of experience show in his ability to problem solve and work around issues. Having the experience he does is so important. As a Realtor I see more than I want to what happens when you use someone without a lot of experience. They don’t have the ability to see problems that might arise during the process so that you can prepare before the process starts and avoid delays and frustration. If you are looking for a tried and true professional Brian is your guy!
